Additional Safety Tips

In case of emergency call 911.

It is recommended that owners install carbon monoxide detectors in their units and maintain dryer vents. If clothes don't dry, it may be a sign of a clogged vent.

It is recommended that batteries are changed in smoke detectors once a year.

It is recommended that residents know where the shut off valves for water are in the unit.
